Daily Action is the Key to Your Success

Not long ago, I was faced with a big challenge. I wanted a great plan to succeed with my own work at home business. I already owned a home business for nearly 4 years with moderate success. I was struggling financially and I was struggling as a business owner.
I reviewed my list of business goals but found only hopes and dreams. I could not see the end result of my business plan. It was easy to focus and say I wanted to earn $100,000 per year in residual income but I could also see that I was only recruiting
about one person each month. In addition, my online retail sales were sinking! Yet I was working intensely at my business and putting in overtime each week. I was busier than anyone could imagine.
How do I turn this around? After endless hours of research on various publications and online systems I discovered one fact---"A STEADY FLOW OF LEGITIMATE LEADS CAN EXPLODE YOUR HOME BUSINESS!"
So I tried numerous lead sources with mostly minimal results. I waisted a lot of money!
A few months later, I received a sales call from anothe home business marketer. Since I was not interested in the business (because I was already involved in a business), I thought I would ask where she got her leads. Her response, "Leaders Club. Have you ever heard of them?"
I decided to try this program. My thoughts, "the worst that can happen is I can take them up on their 30-day money back guarantee!" Within a few days I received the starter kit.
I was excited when I received the kit...I'm always like this because I stay positive...especially when I spend my own money. I feel that if I'm not positive, nothing will work.
I read the manual, listened to the training CD, and started contacting my leads. My first day did not end up good! But I had a good feeling that the problem was in how I was contacting my leads.
I still had a ton of leads to contact, so I decided to read the manual again. Exactly what should I say to my leads? I started listening to the calls and reading the emails that I was receiving.
I made numerous notes of what I liked and what I didn't like. From these notes, I designed my own approach to my leads. My approach has been refined in some areas but for the most part, I use the same approach today
and it has been extremely effective. Actually, I now recruit over 10 people every month.
However, my new approach was only part of the solution. My recruiting approach improved drastically, but I was not achieving the goals I really wanted.
It then hit me like a ton of bricks! I discovered that I was confusing "keeping busy" with "real action!" I was contacting a lot less prospects than I should have been. I was closing about 15% of my contacts which is awesome results! But what I needed was to make
more contacts CONSISTENTLY! And I needed more prospects! Leaders Club provided the leads and resources to help me get my business goals where they needed to be!
Don't confuse keeping busy with real action. Contact your prospects consistently. So often, as I have, marketers slow down and take the summer months off claiming that the summer is the slow time and people are
busy with vacations and family. Successful home business marketers will work the summer months consistently, as well as the winter holiday months.
The truth is that summer and holiday months are the best time to market your business. The actions you take take in building your business while most are taking time off will give you the competive advantage needed to succeed in business.
